Stayed at this hotel for business purpose. Great hotel with some room for improvements. The room is cozy and well equipped. Nice modern shower with powerful water pressure. The downside is on the heater; it is located right next to the bed and it’s blowing hot air straight to the face when laying down. The heater has bright light that is not ideal for people who need the room to be completely dark at night. The restaurant food was good, though the service was quite slow. Might be due to busy leading to Christmas period.

Had a great time in this hotel. Highly recommended. Booked 2 rooms for 1 night. The rooms and toilets were spacious and clean. Facilities were great. They had sauna, steam, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym etc. Their bar and restaurant were great. We enjoyed our stay even for a night. We paid for parking as we did not book directly on their website. WiFi not working so we used our own data.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on Boxing Day! The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel smelled fresh and was very clean throughout. The swimming pool staff work hard and always keep the area clean and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. Breakfast was delicious, and the lady there was kind and attentive, making sure everything was fresh and organized. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Been in September 2025 on a dance weekender organised by Tailored Tango, and was amazed by how well the hotel was ready to receive and cater for this bunch of tangueros y tangueras! The staff went above and beyond to care for everyone, including those with special dietary requirements like me. Very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended. Can't wait to return in March this year and make good use of the pool!

We arrived on Saturday evening for a weekend away. We were not disappointed. Receptionists were attentive and professional. It felt like there was nothing to much trouble. The room clean today and well equipped with toiletries and drinks it was a very comfortable. Now the restaurant. We were met by a lively front of house lady who was attentive as well as friendly. The servers were polite and well groomed. The meal was delightful. My husband and I had had choices off the festive menu and I can honestly say that there was nothing to fault. Good portion sizes not too little or over facing , nice selection , hot meals made to order with fast service in a relaxed and professional and friendly service provided. It was the highlight of our stay. Our thanks amd gratitude to the kitchen staff. Especially the chefs behind the scenes . They did an excellent job amd we really enjoyed it . A good night's sleep with the ability to tune the heating/ air con to our preferred temperature. Breakfast was also amazing. Again without repeating myself the staff were amazing and the food of good quality as well as many choices . Compliments again to the kitchen as I'm sure being behind the scenes get forgotten about and it always grates me when they are the back bone to any restaurant amd they never get the credit. We done team. We have booked to stay again very soon. Next time I would however like to try a swim in the pool or check out the gym. Xx

We had a really comfortable stay here last weekend. Harry was very polite & helpful serving us our food in the evening, he was just as lovely the next morning, bright & early! Nothing was too much trouble. We'd definitely recommend & will use this hotel again, next time remembering swimwear for the pool, sauna & steam room!

Generally a good hotel with some friendly and attentive staff - with exceptions! Rooms were clean and room aircon was functioning although the thermostat was limited. Had an issue with the evening meal staff…went in and was greeted by a friendly staff member. I was the only table/person at that point. Limited vegetarian options so ended up with just a margarita pizza and fries. The pizza was bland. During the meal, a 2nd staff member joined the other staff member at the entrance desk with a pint of soft drink which she sipped throughout. After the meal asked for a desert menu and received it. Waited over 10mins for someone to come and take the order. There were 3 waiting staff dealing with 3 tables and the 2 staff at the entrance desk. When no one came, I got up to go to the desk to pay and the lady with the soft drink walked towards me and said “oh I was just coming with a desert menu”. When the entire hotel restaurant has 3-4 tables, I wouldn’t expect this level of service.

I had requested a room in a quiet area as I was there for work. They managed to fulfil my request. Lovely staff and facilities with access to gym a pool. I would definitely go back. Thank you
